365 Days Of Junk - Day 307

Vintage Green Dish

Does anyone know what kind of dish this is? I love the green color. It is obviously vintage and is has some kind of marking on the bottom. However, I have no idea what the marking is or what it says. Anyway, I liked it, so I bought it. I found it in a Goodwill Store and paid $3.93 for it.

Brush Pottery Planter

This is a cute little planter, by Brush Pottery, that I bought in a Goodwill Store for $2.92. I love the shape of it and the green color. It's that really great light, minty green. You know, that awesome vintage, green color?

365 Days of Junk - Day 305

Polo Teddy Bear

This is Polo Teddy Bear. He is wearing a red & green rugby style shirt. I think he dates back to the mid to late 90's. This is the second Polo Bear that I have posted about in the 365 Days Of Junk series. I found him in a local charity thrift store for $2.50. He is in great condition and is approximately a foot tall.

365 Days Of Junk - Day 304

Vintage Flower Pillow

This is a vintage pillow. You can definitely tell this thing has some age to it. I'm referring to it as a "flower" pillow instead of a "floral" pillow because it only has one large flower on the front. The flower appears to be embroidered, but the petals of the flower are pieces of yarn that are approximately an inch long. That makes the flower kind of shaggy looking. The pillow is made of a fabric that seems similar to burlap, but is softer & not as scratchy. I love the bright colors of the flower! I found this pillow in a local Goodwill Store and paid $1.91 for it.

Vintage Ambassador Briefcase

This is a a vintage, leather briefcase. The inside reads "Ambassador Top Grain Leather". It really is made of nice, high quality leather. It has accordion-style sides, lots of pockets, and a handle. I bought this briefcase from a Goodwill Store, and I don't remember exactly how much I paid for it. I am sure that I did not pay more than $5.95 for it.

365 Days Of Junk - Day 302

Vintage Metal Tool Box

This is a vintage metal tool box, with a tray inside. It has been painted kind of a lime/mint green. It has some rust & wear (swoon). I paid less than $5.00 for it!

Stone Tiki Statues

This is a pair of stone Tiki god statues or bookends. I am using the term "stone" to describe them, because I'm not sure what kind of stone they are made of. I suspect they are most likely quartz. They are very hard and heavy. They stand approximately 6 inches tall. I paid $2.52 for the pair, at a local Goodwill Store.
