Just Begin (Better Late Than Never)

I have had the desire to start a blog for a while, but not knowing how or where to start delayed the start. Then, wanting perfection kept giving me reasons not to start. During all of my researching, learning, changing, thinking, and, and, and... I keep seeing the idea to Just Begin. Begin Anywhere. Start Somewhere. So... Here's the beginning.

I must admit that my beginning is a little late. I wanted to start this blog on January 1st. You know, a new start for a new year. Oh well... I didn't make it. Better late than never, right? I am almost always late for everything. I think it's part if my charm and I refuse to admit that it's a character flaw!

I have managed to spend some time painting, recently. Here's an abstract that I finished.

 

I have also been working on a logo. This is what I have created so far:

It is still a work in progress, as is this blog. I will keep you posted on my progress.
