Metal Lamp with Skin Shade
This is a really unique lamp. It has a metal base that may be hand made. Who knows! Then, it has a funky shade that is made out of some kind of skin or hide. It's almost like rawhide. You know, like a dog chew. The skin/hide has some kind of green paint or wash on it. You can see in the last pic that the skin is dried out and splitting on the end. I think that give the lamp character. There is also a green tassel on the front of the lamp (it was there when I purchased it). I'm not a huge fan of the tassel, but I figured I would leave it alone. Why should I ruin someone else's vision. Anyway... I bought this from a Goodwill Store for $6.96.
